Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be confirmed in advance to secure your spot. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before the class start time. Any cancellations made within 4 hours of the session will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or refusal of entry to avoid disruption, especially for guided classes. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to fully settle into the experience.
